Alpha Source, Inc. Warranty Policy
Alpha Source Inc. warrants solely to the purchasing party that the
product sold shall be free from defects in material and workmanship;
when given normal, proper and intended usage and care, for the scope of
the warranty granted to Alpha Source, Inc. and its customers by the
applicable manufacturer from the date of shipment from Alpha Source,

Inc. by Access Battery LLC (Capacity warranty covers if the Capacity

- NiCad Batteries: 12 months from date of shipment
- NiMH Batteries: 12 months from date of shipment
- X-Ray Batteries and Kits: 12 months from date of shipment
- Lithium Ion 12 months from date of shipment
- Non-rechargeable Batteries: Guaranteed to perform at rated
capacity at time of shipment.
Purchaser Responsibility: Purchaser shall notify Alpha Source,
Inc. of any product that they believe to be defective. At Alpha Sources
options, such products shall be returned by the Purchaser,
transportation and insurance prepaid to Alpha Source. Based on
examination and testing by the applicable manufacturer, Alpha Source
shall repair, replace with comparable product or issue an appropriate
If the Purchaser requires an immediate replacement prior to
evaluation, the purchaser may be sent a replacement which they will be
billed for. If the returned product passes examination and testing, it
will also be returned to the purchaser. If the returned product is found
defective, then the customer will be credited for the defective item.
In the event of a warranty adjustment, Alpha Source shall pay
appropriate shipping charges, to return product to the purchaser.

Alpha Source, Inc. is committed to providing
products and services that meet or exceed our
customer and regulatory requirements.
In the event of a return, the following

merchandise must be reported within 3 business
days after receipt.
Customers must first contact our Customer
Service department at 1-800-654-9845 to obtain
prior approval and a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number. No products will be
accepted for return without an RMA number.
Items must be carefully packed in a suitable
box to avoid damage in shipping.
Package must be properly labeled with RMA
Non-defective product must be returned in
resalable condition, in the original factory
carton, with no additional markings or labels
Only certain items are returnable.
Disposable (single use) products and
non-stock items are not eligible for return
unless it is determined that there was an Alpha
Source processing error.
Merchandise will not be accepted for return
after 30 days past the invoice date.
Merchandise must be returned to Alpha Source,
Inc. within 30 days from the date of issue of

the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Return of suspected defective
Issuance of an RMA number does not acknowledge a
product defect or authorize credit.
Alpha Source reserves the right to inspect
all returned merchandise and issue final
determination of its condition.
If a product is returned as defective, and is
found not to be defective, it will be returned to

Products returned due to customer ordering error may
be subject to a restocking fee. The Fee may range
from a minimum of $10 to a maximum of $250 depending
on the value of the item. The general policy is 25%
of the value.
