Track Order History:

Log in to your web account and receive historical data on your purchases from Alpha Source.  Search for order history on a specific product, category or date and export the results into Microsoft Excel.  Order History includes PO#s, Invoice #s, Ship To Addresses, Products, Quantities and Totals.  This export feature is especially useful for hospital systems with more than one facility. 

Getting Started:

• Go to the Create An Account page and complete the form.
• If you are a current customer, please enter your customer number. 
• After you submit your form, Customer Service will set up your account within 1 business day and you can place orders online right away.
